Melon Sorbet

3 cups melon puree (one ripe melon cubed and put through a food processor)
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 mild flavored honey (I used orange blossom)
pinch of salt

Mix ingredients together and pour into ice cream maker according to the machine’s instructions.
